Oh the busy

Ok, so this comic is actually intentionally black and white. It'll get it's color, but I wanted to post it in the all natural ink as it were to get some feedback. I've always loved the look of black and white comics. I mean the good ones. You know the ones I mean. The ones that don't actually need or even want color to give them depth and feel and charm all their own. Yeah, those comics. Love 'em.

I've always felt that my inks were the weak link in the chain that is my art. I've gotten better over the years, but it's still not quite as hot as I'd like it to be. So, I'm running with it, trying some things out, seeing what happens. I'd like your feedback on it, if you happen to have an oppinion.

I also have an alterior motive for testing out darker, blacker, edgier inks: it's for GCG Studio's next project. Some of you might remember the short story that tried to contain it but just wan't big enough: Finder's Keepers. It'll be some while yet before it's ready, but no time like the present to get to work on it, eh?

And yes. I now have a cat, as seen in the comic and the wallpaper. His name is Edward. Also refered to as "Ed," "Ward," "Wardwardward," and "Damnit Ed!"

Welcome to the Comedity. Don't step on the Penguin.
