Good Lord I've been away too long

UPDATE: My luck simply can't be this bad. The other night there was an electrical storm. This is not too uncommon, but it appears that the surge protector wasn't protector enough. Yeah, Alice was struck by lightning. All files seem to be in tact, nothing appears to be scrambled or lost. So no permanent damage, however some parts were fried and need replacement. No big deal, just ... annoying. So, the comic will be going up at erm... late-late (working on a strange computer is throwing me more than I thought) tomorrow rather than it's usual morning arrival. I'm quite proud of Alice. I mean she got hit by a bolt of lightning and still kept ticking. Good girl. But I am going to get her a backup power supply to keep this from happening again.

Bam! And just like that things are up and running again like an antelope on fire! My leave of absense took far longer than I had intended, mostly due to having contracted some form of flu or other whilst recouperating. I guess it's a sign that I have to keep working to keep healthy. So while I feel bad about not having updated in a while, I don't feel quite so bad since I've spent the last week hacking up a lung ... or at least attempting to. But no more! Nay, now I am back to comicing! So new goodness every monday hear on out!

In other news, we're apparently guests at Katsucon, which we're very much looking forward to. We expect to see lots of friends there, and cons are always a blast, even if we don't sleep much. Erm... that we stuff is "me and Larom" not "me myself and more of I." Just so that's clear.

Also, later this spring both Laorm and I will be having two separate comic pieces (he's doing one, I'm doing another) for people to enjoy. More details on that as they solidify.
