Great Balls of Fire

I should make it clear, in case for some unimaginable reason it isn't, that I am not bashing firefighters in any way shape or fashion. If I'm actually bashing anyone (which I don't think I am) it's the eco-freaks who won't let the forest be taken care of and have the brush cleaned out every now and then so those kind of fires don't happen. But I'm not going to deal with all that here and now. Unfortunately my cousin did dislocate his arm when a tree super-heated and exploded next to him. We are all quite grateful he was not killed or injured any more severely. This is a case and point, however, that anything can be made funny depending on how you tell the joke.

It turns out that I got the internship with Concept Centers International, which makes me very happy, though it does mean putting of graduation another semester (being a spring internship and all). But that's not a big deal in my mind.

I went to see The Incredibles yesterday with the gang and I have to say that it was fantastic . . . incredible even. *snicker* If you havent' seen it by now, go. Right now. Well, what are you waiting for? Go!
